At EYC Catering, we try to make it easy to plan the catering for your special day.

Below is what we include with every menu in this section.

We arrive early to begin the set-up.

After all the tables are in place, we will cover the tables and then set a formal table setting. Charger, silverware, goblet, bread and butter, folded napkin. Any decorations or centerpieces will be placed to your specs.

Seating chart, cards or whatever you are having will be placed along with your gift/card box table and decorated to your liking. We work closely with the bride in the weeks running up to the big day to be sure we have the details right.

We will coordinate the timeline with your DJ to be sure your event stays on time. From introductions to the cake cutting to the last dance, we keep it all organized to insure everything goes smoothly.

All the food for your wedding is prepared on-site using the best ingredients. We don’t do cheap. We don’t pinch pennies to cut costs. We prepare our offerings as if we are feeding our own family and friends.

When the lights go up and the evening comes to a close, the work isn’t quite done yet. We clear the tables and help collect the decorations. Then we box them up for you to take with you.
